Vts help !

I have a 95 xp , the problem i have is the trim will only go down i can cross the wires at the motor and it will go up by pushing the down button.. Up button does nothing . Also the trim guage does not work it stays down .. Apreciate any help ,,thanks

If you test the gauge and its good, more likely than not the box houseing is bad, and
you can replace that, then all should work.

When the box module goes bad the glass reed switches will not send the position to the gauge.
Sometimes, when it does, THETRIMFIX.com is a recommended cheap fix solution. Bills86e

Not sure how to check the gauge .but don't see how that would keep it from working . I think it's the box you're talking about.. ,can you tell me where the box is ? Thanks for you're help
