VTS Handlebar Button (Up/Down Switch)

Does anyone have one of these VTS up/down buttons available or can help out locating/buying this part from SeadooWarehouse.com ?

Essentially what I need is Part #21, but it says: "VTS Switch Assembly(incl. 16B, 18A)" and the Price is $0.00, which means you obviously cant buy the part itself.
But if you look at 16B or 18A, they just look like electrical clips/adapters. I would buy BOTH of them if it GUARANTEED to have the buttons I need, but if anything, one would think 15C would be the part to buy that would include the up/down button.

So, should I BUY 16B and 18A hoping the button comes with it, or buy 15C and hope it comes with it?
