Trying to find mpem location on a 97 gti? please help!

I know this sounds crazy and your all asking why dont he view the manual, but i have viewd it i dont see the location of the mpem or where the 5 amp fuses are, i see where the electrical box is next to the battery but nothing else visible just need a little help thanks.

It should be in front hood. When you remove the storage tray it is on the left side.
