I have a sportster 2004 LE DI. Just changed both TPS and ski still in limp mode. Do I need to reset values on the TPS in order to get rid of the limp mode?

If you did not change the throttle/setting screw,(that is capped),,,you should not have to reset the TPS's,,,I have never had to.

Thank you for your input. I have no idea what to do next with this boat and the beep w/ limp mode

I have had to reset the tps several times after replacing even just one. Which then also required a complete power down of the computer and then a start and then power down again and then check with the computer again to see if you are getting proper throttle position response. Not sure why but that boat was a pain in the butt and very sensitive to changes.

I finally got my candoo pro. We noticed that the TPS MAG was not getting its 5v. The TPS PTO is getting 5v. I read somewhere that they had to change the relay in order to fix this problem. Since it is not that expensive I ordered one to see what happens. I'll post back once I make the changes. Any comments?
