to be twin carb or not to be ?

This is for the guys with experience of twin carb seadoo and single carb type Rotax 587 yellow.
I have a single carb seadoo 587 runs great and i have a spare twin carb manifold (just need the carbs) got the cables allready was wondering if any what advantages is there for have twin carb setup.
Any info would be great thanks guys

advantages....?, disadvantages, try'n to tune it, and double the problem now, if something wrong.
