Timeing mark top of RV case

Anyone know about the Timeing mark top of RV case on engine? Are these at different locations on different size engines?

There is no mark on the case... There is a casting mark that falls at about 135 degress before, but it's not a timing mark.. you will need a degree wheel to time the engine.. You can get one at www.sbtonthweb.com

Any reason is was not put at a more benificial spot? It does nothing but confuse
girls.
