Tightening 1997 GTX Starter Ground Cable

How to do without removing starter?

I have removed the air box assembly, allowing me to access the positive cable, utilizing mirror to see and tighten.

With the same mirror, I cannot seem to be able to see or access the ground connection at the starter.

Thoughts / tricks?

Can I see it with a mirror and if so, where would I be looking?

I tried to follow the travel from the battery to the starter but hand gets jammed up .
