It’s fully stuck can’t get the throttle to move even a little bit . Someone told me to replace the throttle body. Is there a way to loosen it up or should I just replace it ?
It's just cable driven, disconnect at the TB to see if it's in cable or throttle cable. Probably in TB, remove it and you can try to free it up but may not work right after that.
