taking on water

i've got a 2004 rxp that is taking on water through the syphon system. it only happens at idle or parked. when it's moving it works just fine. anyone got any ideas?

Follow the two syphon hoses up to the two 90 elbows. On the side of these elbows, there is a small pinhole. If this pinhole is plugged, it will syphon water into the hull as you described. Also, the elbows must be tied up high and not laying in the bottom of the hull.

chester, does this apply for all models, because my 98 gxl limited takes on water only when idling or it seems that is when because it kills motor and sits low in water obviously, but when running high rpm it doesnt seem to have problem! And which hoses are the syphon hoses? new owner obviously here.
