swim step

I was just curious, I saw a picture of a 1998 GTI with a swim step and they seem somewhat universal... It is up out of the way of the pump when its not in use. So is it a big thing to install? I have not found a swim step for my ski specifically. If anyone knows of a good place to get one that would help too. Thank you.

aqua step is the brand name for most common swim step
they might have a web site?
they can be a pain to install if they have a backing plate on the inside of the hull, look inside your hull to see if you have access to this area.
they do make ones that use big ole coarse threaded screws
these are much easier to install, but they are not as secure
but with any step, they should only be used when the ski is in the water
