Swapping out fuel tanks, maybe someone knows? PICS

So this is actually for an old pontoon I bought to have along side my Doo. I only live on these forums so not sure where else to ask...

Looking to swap out the 3 red tanks I currently have, for 1 big permanent tank. I've purchased the tank, I just want to make sure I'm doing this all right.

The gauge is no problem. And I have a fuel hose to the new fuel door on the side on the toon.

The vent hose that goes into the fuel door, is that the only vent needed? I see the tank has two vent spots, yet most just have one.

Also I was just going to buy this barb and cut and attach my current gas line to it. Not sure if I need "anti-siphon" but maybe the primer bulb has that built in, or I don't need it.

The tank needs a vent. The "Vent" in the cap is just so a bubble doesn't get trapped in the neck, and have it burp fuel back out at you. with that said... it looks as if the cap has a vac vent... but I would still add a dedicated vent.

The primer bulb is the anti-syphon valve. It has a couple check valves that pump fuel to the engine. they will help hold fuel in the line. BUT... regardless... if it's been parked for a day or more... just squeeze the bulb before starting.

Thanks so much, great info and will definitely squeeze before starting after it sits.

The fuel cap states:
  • Integral Tank Vent with Flame Arrestor,
  • Type is Combo gas fill/Tank vent with angled neck
When I cover all holes and blow on the vent, it does release some air out the sides of the cap. Would I still need a secondary dedicated vent line?
