Hello,

Back in September of 2025, I purchased the mail-in supercharger rebuild service for two superchargers from a company called PWC Muscle. I mailed them in and received a signature on arrival. Since then, I have attempted multiple times to reach the company by email, phone and even a letter sent via UPS.

As of today, I have received no response. It's been over five weeks since the superchargers arrived. I feel as if I have been scammed.

I'm considering options I can take to recover damages. Is this a crime? As you know, the superchargers aren't cheap.

What would you do?

Thanks
