Took my jetpump off yesterday and noticed that whoever had my ski before stripped one of the studs pretty bad to where I dont feel like I can use it. Has this happened with anyone else and if so what did you do. Can I just replace the one stud or am I going to have to completely replace the pump support and studs?? Its on my 2002 GTX 4tec

Well that suxs... take a good nut from another of the studs to your local hardware store, ask them for a die with the same thread cut and see if you can run a die up the stripped stud to strighten the threads back out (and get a new lock-nut, stainless steel or brass).
So, see if you can't straighten the stud threads 1st. I've not replaced 1 of those studs but I imagine they go clean thru the transom so it's likely it can be knocked out and replaced with a new one (just like a bad wheel stud on an automobile) but that won't be any fun! :-\
Did some checking, your stud is bolted in from the inside of the transom it's shown as part #49 in this microfiche link:

So, you could try to striaghten the threads with a die OR you can buy a new stud and try replacing it. It's clearly got a nut and washer on the inside of the transom holding it on though... getting to that nut could be a bit of a challenge. You might take a look inside the hull with a flashlight and see if you can see the 4 nuts on the inside of the transom and determine how difficult it'll be to reach them...

My link didn't go to the correct sub-diagram... click the link, then click on Propulsion on the left side of the page, then look for part #49 that's your stripped stud.
