steering cable thru hull

Part #277000783 Half Ring, …it appears to hold the cable in the lock nut, keeping the cable from sliding in and out. Anyways when i took it apart i could only find the one half, when i look the part up om the schematic it shows two half moons. If you look at the quantity on the website it says "GTS5520" 2. So you need 2 total but they are sold individually.

Guess I'm going looking for other half.
