steering cable help

I have a 1996 challenger, I need a steering cable for it, have called & checked a lot of dealers, seadoo does not stock anymore & teleflex does not make it anymore. Does anybody know where I can get one or does another cable from another year work. I have the old one freed up but I am restoring the boat & I would like to install a new one If its anyway possible

Did you look in the Seadoowarehouse?.......From what I see, it's in stock. Try this link. It's part #8 and cost about $190 bucks........

Thank you seadoosnipe!!!!!!!!!!!! called seadoowarehous(Rav) this morning, they did not have the cable, BUT the salesman Brian took the time to cross reference to other years & decided that a 1997 challenger cable will work! Seadoo had 15 in stock, Brain siad I would have it in about 4 to 5 working days. I will bet you I called 20 dealer & parts supply houses & NOBODY even suggested this. Thank you for your time in referring me to them.
