Sputter @ 3400 rpms, 25% throttle, 2000 XP

Took out to new to me 2000 XP yesterday for a quick lake test, let it warm up for 5 mins then rode it, it pulls HARD to 59 mph and idles great but if I am cruising a around ~3400 rpms at about 25-30% throttle it sputters a bit and then will die after about 8-10 seconds (will fire right back up on re-start), if I give it more gas or let off then its good, no more sputtering, its only at that spot, any ideas what it could be? I was properly winterized last year, has fresh gas and fresh oil along with new spark plugs and RAVEs just completly cleaned.

Did a search, I do still have grey fuel lines, I will replace those today and clean the carb screens along with cleaning the fuel selector, hopefully that clears it up.

Make sure you replace all the fuel hoses including the one that runs between the carbs.

While it is apart pull the RAVES and clean. Make sure they are working properly and not stucking.

Fuel lines are most likely your problem. Mine did the same thing. Replaced lines and carbs and now it runs great
