Speedster 200 Tower/Bimini Top Problem

Hello, I have a 06' Speedster 200 with Tower (with infinity speaker package) and it came with a top. Well I have not used the top yet, and when i did, it seemed like it hits the speakers and everything. Is there something I am missing on how to set it up?
