Speed Guage Possible Replacements

I have a 2001 Challenger 2000 witha bad speedometer guage. I cant find any places with it in stock part# is 204470374. I was wondering if guages from other models would work? Also check out this link below...... its not the same part# but it has the same plug reciever and looks close to the same. Im thinking it will work once calibrated. Suggestions?

I traced this guage down to being a direct replacement for a 2001 Islandia, 5449, 2001.

After further research I found the following similaritys between my boat and the 2001 Islandia.

-Both use the same Speedometer Sensor (paddle wheel)
-BOth use the same harness from the Speedo sensor to the main harness.
-Both use the same size guage nut that holds the speedometer guage in place so they must be the same size.

-Both use the same OIL/fuel/Tachometer so they must be wired the same for power going in/out and to the next guage.

In conclusion.... Im going to order the guage. I'm guessing that the MPH is higher/lower or some other minor difference.
