Sp 587 1989 Water coming from engine to injection oil reservoir

Water comes from the rotary valve lines and into the injection oil tank. What do i have to replace to fix this issue?

Check your oil tank fill cap o-ring seal and filler neck.

So there should no way of water entering the thank through the rotary valve?

I made a small tank for the oil lines that go to the rotary valve. This confirmed water is coming through those lines and my original tank is great. Could there be a cooling line in the wrong spot or something?
