You impeller looks to be destroyed to me. It should be smooth from front to back and the gap from the impeller to the wear ring no more than 10-thousands of an inch.

You may still have a rock in the impeller, if so, it will vibrate pretty aggressively.

Any any rate, you basically need to pull the pump as in your case, changing the wear rng in place will be a challenge due to the damage..

Thank you for ur answer. ...I was confused about ur wording.... are you saying it would be difficult to do in place and pulling pump would be easier to do the repair?

The wear ring can be change without pulling the pump. But,,, yours is so torn up that is will snag and fight all the way out in my opinion. I believe you are better off puling the pump.

Allrighty thanks! Now I'm on the search for best impeller bang for buck. It's quick enough I'm not concerned w going faster but any impeller wear, ring packages or whatever recomendations are appreciated

I think you mean the wear ring cannot be changed without pulling the pump. Pump needs to be removed from ski, impeller removed and cleaned up and everything reinstalled with a new wear ring.

I called a shop they said they can do it for 150 and that with the pictures I sent they said all they had to do was replace the wear ring and they were gonna "restructure" the impeller if they had to. Im not sure what that means. Im new to this.

Restructure: We will file the digs smooth,,,,

That price is fair, as long as they use a quality wear ring.
