I seem to have my carbs messed up once a year now with the sham ethanol in the gas.

At 4 carbs for the 2 engines both my wallet and patients is almost at an end year after year.

Would this be a permanent fix?

Put them on both fuel lines right before the carbs, then hook it into the MPEM relay when you put the key in, the valves open, when you shut it off and take the key off the DESS they automatically close.

What do you think? The fuel lines are 3/8 right?

Boat is a 1996 Seadoo Speedster.

if its the sportster 1800 boat, your referring to, then you only got 1 carb per motor.

Anyway, dont think that device will work, only because, you still have gas, inside the carb itself. If anything, go out, duringthe winter times, and start boat up, every week or so, then it'll transfer the old fuel with new, along with, having stabil in tank.

I tried it today with a temporary ball valve, it worked perfectly. When the Solenoids come in, I will take pictures and do a write up.

If you shut down one side of the fuel system into the carbs it creates a vacuum and nothing can move. Its the same concept of putting your finger over a straw end when its in a full glass and lifting the straw up out of the glass and the liquid stays in the straw.

if you operate in brackish water this brass will decay, why not fix the OEM selector or buy new for 25bux if you are not handy to repair the off/on/reserve selector, stainless product will be higher cost - I would think a open collector transistor would be smart to keep the running current off the mpem components, no open switches in marine world to cause spark induced vapor explosion.
