Well I went out today and put skis onto trailer and was going to make room for stand-up when I realized its not as big as I thought. I tried pushing skis all the way to back and putting js550 at an angle up front (after removing spare tire) and it didnt seem like the best spot. I tried pushing all the way to the front and setting it on the back but was a few inches short. Ive got a cargo carrier I could mount if needed. Id like to be able to load and unload by myself in case its just me and my fiance thats there. If other guys are with me then we would just pick up and put in bed so I thought I could get a board as a ramp and with seadoos off trailer I could winch it into bed by myself. I know ive seen other memebers with nice set ups but I think they were all yact club trailers. Any advice or pics of what you have would help a lot
Thanks skis trailer.JPG

I am in the exact same predicament. I havent measured yet but I was thinking it would sit across the front and still have room. I also have a hitch hauler for the js440 but if I want to take everything it doesnt help. Let me know if you got it figured out. Thanks

IMO the shorelander trailers are too small to add a stand up in front. I have a yacht club and added one for a JS550 and it is fine but there is wayyy more tongue room on it

Shore landers are good for what they were designed to do. Adding a third ski to that trailer will be a challenge for sure. They are narrower and shorter. Two strikes against you.

Mine is also a Yacht club trailer. Any chance you have pics. Did you set it across the trailer or pointing forward. I moved the two sit downs back last night and it made quite a bit of room. Just need to figure out which way to set it up. Thanks

I had found with a shorlander trailer there was not a very good way. I used a double hitch with a cargo carrier was able to unload both skis and stand up by myself. I now leave the 550 at home unless someone goes with me that can help put it in the bed
