Seat Repair

I've been looking around for ways to repair seats on jet skis. I watched some videos and finally got some info that will help me. I have 2 seats to repair, one SPX one XP. The foam is damaged and I need to fill it in before in install the cover. I'm gonna post up through the process.

I just bought foam that was close to the same density and used contact cement to glue it to the old one. Then used an electric carving knife to rough shape and air grinder with small pads for final shape.

I bet Minnetonka4me would sell you some oem foam remnants for cheap.

Also if you splurge for a JetTrim cover they come with an under pad that hide a lot of underfoam issues.
