Seadoo XP Tool Question

Guys I have searched if the answer is out there I appoligize. The Speedometer is broken on my XP, I need to take apart the lower/upper hood to remove it. I can't find a tool anywhere to remove these screws, is this in the tool kit that come with the Ski? Mine was used and did not have one.

These dreamometers are useful if you have a sore neck and cannot look below the edge to see if the ski is moving, they are only that accurate, the most effective fix is a GPS you can find at swap-n-shop, I have used the garmin76 about 5 years there are newer models of this with color and more memory holding power and the battery life is still 10-12 hours.
