Seadoo wont start very well

I have a 1996 gtx seadoo and when i try to start it it starts to turn over and then just starts to click. If i try to start it and give it some gas about 20 times it will eventually start. I have changed the sparkplugs, battery, and put gumout carborater and fuel injector cleaner in it and nothing has made it better. Any suggestions? thanks Keaton

if you are positive your battery is good, even new batteries can be bad out of the box, then your starter is probably pulling too many amps. remove the starter and disassemble and clean, or just buy a new starter but cleaning will work just as well normally. My guess is that it is full of rust.
