Seadoo Steering wheel

Im looking for a stock seadoo wheel..Anyone parting out a 96 seadoo boat..Or will a aftermarket one fit.?? The one i have now turned a nasty black color.....And i cant get it off

are you talking the center section or the actual weel?; what is on the wheel that turned black? if it is just the cover for cosmetic then spray paint works great

No its the wheel itself...Looks like a mold of some kind but it will not come off.....It just looks shitty..You can see it in this pix...

hmmmm; yeah I see what you mean and with that great looking new interior you just installed; you know i have actually spray painted the rubber handles in my old 1999 challenger 1800 that looked just like that; i thiknk that dupli-color makes a spraypaint that is for rubber surfaces; but i was able to take the grab handles off and spray them; might be a little harder with the steering wheel; but if you mask it well and cover every thing else because of overspray i woud think that you could spray it with it still attached; and it would be a lot cheaper then getting a new wheel

I'm pretty sure that I have one in the shed. It's from a 98 Sportster 1800. Wheel part is black, center is purplish and is missing SeaDoo Logo. Let me know if you're interested. Give me an E-mail address and I'll send some pics.

hey buddy, I have the same boat as you my wheel was junk when i bought the boat so i replaced it with custom wheel and attachement kit from autozone...
heres what it looks like
