I have a Seadoo spx 657cc and i get a little bit of water in my hull usally when I’m out for a ride, but a few nights ago I was coming home, and usally my seadoo when I take off it would scream and go like hell, but when I took off this time it took awhile to get up to speed, and it wasn’t running right... I get back... take it outta the water and my hull is half full of water, so I drain it and then the next day I go out to test it to see if it’s any better I take it out for maybe 5-10mins and bring it back and I have a whole bunch of water in my hull again... ANYONE ever have the same problem? And if you did how did you fix it?

There are only a few places to get that much water.

#1 Driveshaft seal.
#2 Bilge siphons (Bailers). If the hose isn't tied up high in the hull it will siphon water into the hull. Also if the white plastic straws in the pump come out the pump will actually push water into the hull.
#3 Exhaust leaks.

Couldnt of said it better, good info right there

Also all of these symptoms will be very pronounced if you ride the ski with the seat off
Yes I tied it to my dock and looked while it ran today... there is water shooting out from around the under exhaust...., so should I peel off the exhaust?

sounds like you need to put some gasket maker on the section of exhaust that is held together by the ring clamp. In my experience, the little copper gasket that comes in this section from the factory can fail.

Also, I would give a very close inspection to the hoses that come off the exhaust.

You have to run the copper ring with Ultra Copper RTV, just like the factory used.

As usual, your wealth of knowledge far exceeds mine miki!

When I bought my xp it actually did not come with a copper ring. As it was my first seadoo I had no idea that there was even supposed to be one lol. Due to this I have run it with regular black gasket maker and no copper ring, thus far I have had no issues with this fix.

Not to hijack the thread, but is this something I need to correct? or is my ghetto fix good enough?

If it was me I would.

It acts as a gasket and a spacer to keep the hot exhaust gasses in and that area is not cooled by a water jacket.

make sense I will get to ordering one now! thanks again Miki.

I hope this wasn't too far off subject for the OP and provides some insight into the issue!
