Seadoo Sportster 2002 Wont steer to the right

Sorry I accidentally posted this under the PWC section--I am relatively new to this site. Anyway, I cannot turn the boat the right. It steers fine to the left. The model is the twin engine 2002 seadoo sportster. Even when the boat is off, I can see from behind that it turns to the left, but not to the right.

Anyone have any ideas??

Disconnect the cable from the bucket at the rear then try it to see if its the cable or the bucket not working correctly.
