Seadoo SP 720 1997

Hi guy's
I have a 1997 SP 720 I bought non running. Finally got a chance to have a look at it and I have found the 5A fuse keeps blowing on the Mpem. Im in the process of trying to pin it down to something outside of the Mpem but may need a replacement unit. Im the mean time has anyone had any experience with the retro fitted units sold on ebay. Just wanted to know if they are ok or a pile of dung.

The aftermarket ones are junk.

If your's is bad I would get a good tested used one from minnetonka4me here on the forum.

Hi. My problem is I live in Spain and shipping from the States to Spain is a bit of a nightmare.

Never mind, it's a 96 spx that is the same, the 97 sp has the same motor but not 100% sure the MPEM would be the same...
