Seadoo RXT- X flooding

My seadoo flipped the other day and filled almost completely with water within a couple of seconds. When I got it out and empty, I noticed that the air intake hose which runs from under the handle to the bottom of the bilge was disconnected. This left a huge 4 inch hole which I am assuming allowed the water through into the engine compartment so fast. Has anyone else ever heard of this happening on any seadoo? It is a brand new seadoo and submerging voids the warranty, but as far as I can figure, it is seadoo's fault it flooded, not mine. Thanks for any comments.

pull the plugs, and get the water out, drain the oil....you call/mention to dealer, than your in there system, with a red flag, do what you can, make it run, then take to them, ...not running right..etc
