I have a 2000 RXDI ..I just replaced the steering cable and it was broken the out side housing at the back ,but it still doesn’t turn to the left....anyone know how to fix this???

Sounds like you don't have it adjusted correctly.
With the bars straight the nozzle needs to be straight but you have to make sure the cable adjusters are pretty even also or you could make the cable too long or short and run out of throw even with the bars straight.
