hey guys,

i wanna get an idea of what could possibly be wrong.

well my girlfriend sucked up the wakeboard rope into the intake. i eventually removed it. it was tightly wrapped around the shaft. time went on and i realized a minor power loss while driving. i maybe lost about 5- 10 mph on top speed and a little torque (acceleration is weaker). i can still pull a wakeboarder out of the water but its just a bit harder/longer to do so.

so basically what im asking is what parts may need to be replaced or what can i do to fix it.

thanks

anytime man...if need "detail" to wear ring removal, i believe SeadooSnipe..(mod) has pics and detail info for removal and installation.

You should also check your driveshaft to see if its straight by rolling on a flat surface. If that is bent, it would soon damage bearings. Bill
