I put a new bearing kit into my jet pump GTX 260 IS LTD 2015 ski
after pressing the new bearing and seals into the pump the shaft turns as normal
I put the prop onto the shaft and everything turns fine until I tighten the prop up then the prop just locks up and will not turn
If I loosen the prop the then it and the shaft turn
any ideas what would cause it seems like the prop is catching on the jet pump case for some reason
could it be that I have not pushed the bearing into the case far enough although I used a hydraulic press to push the bearing and shaft into the case
