hi i have a seadoo jet boat with twin engines, both engines run great but I have noticed the one of the pee holes (left engine) water stream not as strong as right engine. I took off the line from top of the engine and the line where the water enters the engine and blew water into the lines to see if anything was in there but water flowed perfect? Tried to se if the would make a difference and put it in the water but same thing any help would be great thank you.

That tell tale is to let you now the engine is getting cooling water in the engine. If it is less in one engine...the cooling is getting clogged. Check all the cooling lines for a partial clog before it clogs solid and over heats an engine. If you remove the elbow fittings, be sure they go where they came from as they are different from each other...don't mix them up.
