Hello i was wondering if someone could tell me what is wrong with my jetski, the problem is when i go Full throttle at any moment im not going over 5 mph it will rev up and sound like its not getting enough water to keep up with the rpms. i noticed this problem after i got it back from dealer for getting supercharger parts renewed after the 50 hour mark

Most likely the carbon ring on the driveshaft may not be tight enough, allowing the pump to suck air from inside the hull under hard accelleration. Take the seat off, reach down inside and try to pull the front of the black rubber bellows on the driveshaft back towards the stern... if it's not VERY difficult to pull back, then it needs adjusting. Their are 2 clamps on the bellows, the forward clamp holds the carbon ring in place and the aft clamp holds the bellows in place... loosen the aft clamp, pull the bellows forward as much as you can and re-tighten the aft clamp.

A 50 hour supercharger rebuild? I've not heard of that before, everything I've read says they only require 100 hour rebuilds.

Sorry i meant to type in 150 Supercharger rebuild . I have a 05 Gtx Seadoo 4-tec , thanks for the post ill check it this coming weekend when i go to the lake to ride , If this is not the problem ill report back .

Some people have found that their bellows, which holds the carbon ring agains the stainless steel disk on the driveshaft, has been so loose that they could rotate it easily by hand.... little wonder they were sucking air under accelleration! The bellows acts like a spring, pushing the carbon ring tight against the stainless steel disk which is locked in place on the driveshaft. If it's loose, it'll open up at the carbon ring and air will get sucked into the pump, and it can even leak water into the hull at lower speeds and at anchor! It's important that this thing be tight.

Hey michael i tried to fix it today i had the oppurtinuty to head over to the lake . is there a certain where to tightening that clamp instead of Screw because i tried to tighten it it worked but it still does the problem . Could there be another explanation to this problem ?

Tom, you never said whether you could pull the front of the bellows back towards the stern easily or not??? If you cannot pull the front of the bellows back by hand, then that isn't your problem. To tighten the bellows (if needed) simply loosen the aft clamp, pull the aft end of the bellows as far forward as you can and then retighten the aft clamp again (while pulling the aft end of the bellows forward with all your might).
