Hello, I'm new to this forum and hope to get some expertise/procedure about what to do!

Here's the story; The PWC was taking water in from battery cover, (this was demounted, something we never should've done) then we flipped 180 deegrees, and taking much more water.

after 2-3 hours working to get it on land and on a PWC trailer, we immediatly empty it for sea water and demounting battery, seems like the battery didn't die. all the fuses were dry aswell, after washing everything, we tried to start the engine for about 5-8minutes until it runs normal, but the water coming out while engine is on was like oil and water mixed, like ALOT of white/yellow drops in the water sliding on the street. stopped when i saw this and turned it off.

Before we go to the dealer tomorrow, what can we do, check?

I'm thinking water in the fuel maybe?

I'm sorry for not perfect english, behave and understand I'm from norway, haha :D

Thanks in advance, Stian.

You have water in the oil. The oil is probably overfull with water/oil mix. First suck all that out and change the oil, might need to do it a couple time, change oil and filter run it a little bit then check to see if it has any milky or chocolate milk color to it, if so change it again. Once oil is clean then run it. I am not sure what you mean about the battery but make sure that is all set before you take it out again =). I don't know this model and am not sure if it is supercharged and if it has a separate oil oil fill for them if it does. Just check any oil for water and change it.

Best way to suck all the oil/water out, is to suck in the dipstick hose right? I'm gonna try that tomorrow, just bought 12litres of oil (about 13 us qts) so got some to flush with. but I really want to get all the water out, just did fresh water in the engine today to get all the salt away, I hope thats not stupid? ran alot fresh water (clorine free water)

and yes, I got a supercharger.

Here's a few pictures;

Usually people wash things down with fresh water after running in salt other than pouring water directly in the intake. Most you get the oil out with a suction pump through the dipstick hole yes. I have heard people take off the intercooler and and intake pipes to blow them out with air and rinse them with water to get them clean.

As noted. You may need to pull the IC and the intake. Once you get it running, get to the ramp and let it run a bit. Check the oil again. Any water in it, change the oil and filter again.

Once you have good oil, get it out on the water and run it pretty well for 30 minutes. This will get the block hot enough to boil off the residual water in the engine.
