Thats okay. my left one is fine. A prior owner just put silicone around it I guess to seal a leak. I thought I would replace it at the same time if I could find one.

What all need to be done to get to the bolts to remove/install the sponsons?

Its really easy. I have installation instructions I can send with the Sponson
