After hours and hours of searching I'm not sure I've gotten any closer to picking an intake grate. I've got a skat trak swirl impeller (not sure of pitch as it came in a replacement pump) and I'm finding that I'm having a heck of a time keeping water in the pump. I'm usually out on the lake when it's pretty darn choppy and on days like today when it's on the edge of white caps I just seem to be falling flat every time I get on the gas due to losing thrust. One of these days I'm going over the bars as a result haha.
So which one do you guys have and love? I'm seeing prices between 100 and 200 and of course I can never find a dealer in Canada selling them online and I'm wondering if it's worth it to go up to the ultra fancy looking worx one at almost double the cost.
