It starts to turn over then slows down so just the starter motor is ticking , almost like the battery is flat
But it’s not !! Starter motor ? Iv had it out and cleaned it but still the same ? Can’t upload a video

What is your actual battery voltage at rest and when cranking?

Load test your battery. Sometimes they'll show good voltage but once under a load do exactly what you described. Most folks on here recommend Auto Zone, etc. but as often as it's needed as a diagnostic tool with these things I just went ahead and bought my own a couple years ago.

Cheers for that but we think it’s getting to much fuel and causing a blockage , took plugs out and turned it over and holy shit some amount of fuel came out ?? Any ideas ? Carbs were taken out and cleaned

Only way to flood the engine with fuel is from the carbs.

Did you rebuild the carbs with only new Genuine Mikuni parts and new needles and seats?
