Could someone plz give me some info on a voltage reculator . My ski is beeping twice and turning over but will not start there is no spark could a faulty voltage reculator cause this problem.

Nope. BUT... a bad regulator could have cooked the CDI, or MPEM.
Try this. Between the CDI, and the stator coil... the is a wire that taps in from the MPEM. Disconnect that, and see if you get a spark. If you do... the MPEM is bad. If you still don't get a spark, then either the stator coil is bad, or the CDI has gone bad. I have a few 720 coil/CDI packs at the shop. I'll sell them cheap if you need one.

i was trying to start my ski with jump leads and it rumnfor a few minutes then stopped kept blowing 5 amp fuse i cut the mpem open and replaced the diode that was blowin no the ski beeps and turns over but no spark could something else be broke r is it still the mpem
