Seadoo 3d turns over but intermittantly wont start

Bought it last year from a dealer. worked great. but after running it and you stop and try to restart it it wont start. or even when cold at times it wont start. new plugs. dealer said no codes. they could not reproduce the problem. seems like it is a a gas issue as last year it would sometimes start to catch and you could give it throttle and it may start. once it starts it runs fine.

Fuel pump? fuel filter?
