Seadoo 2.5 Opti issues HELP

Hi, I have just inherited a Challenger with the 2.5 opti . I put it in the water last weekend and had trouble starting it. It would start and run for about 2-4 seconds and die.
I finally got it running and when I got it up on plane it seemed to be running sluggish like it was running on 5 cylinders, then it was like the 6th kicked in and she was running awesome, then back to sluggish.

If I had to guess I would think that it would need a set of plugs, I think that the plugs were changed about 4 years ago. The gas was from last year, but was told that there was stabilizer added to the gas, so another thought was bad gas.

Hoping that you guys might know what is happening or where to go next to diagnose the problem.

This is fuel system related, so DO IT UP! (clean is Keen).

Is there anything that I can do or is this something that the dealer has to fix?

I'm hoping that I don't have to pull it out of the water.
