Seadoo 1994 GTS No Crank

Hello Seadoo experts,

I have a 1994 GTS that that I just rebuilt the carburator, Once I attached the carburator back and started the engine, the crank would turn over but no spark would happen. This is because im guessing the fuel wasnt primed and it didn't deliver fuel, after I squirted some fuel into the spark plugs and it started really good and ran until the fuel ran out that I put.

I then un screwed the spark plugs and they were still wet but I still squirted some more pre mix gas into the engine to later find that when I cranked it, the starter couldn't fully turn over the crank unless I unscrew the spark plugs and start it without plugs it would spin really well.

For context both pistons have a compresion of about 130-140 and the whole engine has been rebuilt in the past year. Im not too sure what this could be I linked a video of me trying to start it where the starter has a hard time spining the crank, I also volt checked the battery it seemed good.

Not sure if I hydrolocked the engine with too much fuel or if its another reason, could someone please help me resolve this issue there is a video linked with the starter motor trying to engage, Thanks

You do have spark then? Your post says it will not spark unless you put fuel in the plug holes? If it runs with fuel in the plug holes but will not run after rebuilding the carb and you have good spark and good compression then you have a fuel issue, double check that your fuel lines are routes to the correct t fittings, all fittings are labeled, are you using good black fuel line or clear line? Check through Mikidymac’s carb rebuild thread to see if you may have missed something. What settings did you put low and high speed screws? How long since machine has ran correctly?
