sea doo xp 800mod, wont turn over

Hello, I have a rossier 800mod engine in my 97xp. The carbs have been redone by rossier and everything is perfect cond. The motor has 185 psi compression. The motor does not turn over when you hit the start button, it makes two beeps when you put hte key on and the battery shows a 13.7 reading.. Please help

yo... pull the plugs out and try to turn it over, if it turns over, put one plug in and see if it turns over... I had the same problem with my 96XP and it ended up being a starter problem... If it turns over with the plugs out you probably have a bad starter...

with 185 psi static... you are going to need a perfect starter, and good cables between the battery and starter.

Also... you better be running race fuel. I don't know if 91 or 93 (depending where you are) will be good enough.
