I have a 2005 sea doo RXT i bought used thing runs great. I would like to get the maintenance history for my machine. Can i go into a sea doo dealer and give them my serial # and can they look that up for me. I bought the machine used and want to make sure the supercharger was previously replaced. I am in Canada any info would be great thanks.

Unfortuneately, that won't be the case. Dealers will be able to tell you if any recall campaigns that are still outstanding but that is about it and I don't recall any ever on the 05 RXT. Techs could log the service info into the MPEM using BUDS but they never do(I don't either but probably should), it's a long shot but you could have them check it.

The sc was never a recall item, it is called normal service maintenance at 80-100 hour intervals. If the previous owner didn't tell you they did it and can prove it, they most likely didn't and you shoud do it if your hours are over 50, imo.

I advise pulling the charger right away to get rid of the ceramic clutch washers! I know several skis that have blown the ceramic washers to pieces in the first 2 hours of use. Mine blew twice in one summer on my 2005 RXP, once around 25 hours and again 10 hours later.
