Hello Every one I have this 1997 seado GTI it was working all good last season. I get the new battery but it seem like no power at all no lights, no buzz.
what changed: Jetski did get some heavy rain showers as my fried did not cover it couple of times....
when I first pluged in batery there was no light sounds but it was starting the starter seems like there was some short circut.
but now after i connecting betray I dont see no light no buzzer at all.

FROM this great form I read the comment from users and tested following so far...

both FUSE on MPEM are good and showing light when tested
I have jumped the POSTS and it cranking the starter.
in the electric box the 15AM fuse is good and current is going to MPEM on terminal 26.
i dont think there is any power coming to the red/yell wired going to the solenoid in the electrical box to turn it on after i press the start button. I have test it with multi meter
I alslo see the grond (black wire)is going to MPEM via wire connected at magneto box and also jump that ground to batery -tive terminal
couple of time i do get a a long beep (not stopping and continues)
I also check the key switch post laynrd and it seems have the proper resistance

I really really appreciate if some one can further guide me...

IF you push the start stop button a bunch of times without the lanyard on do the gauges wake up?

I focus on the plug that goes in the MAG area where the stator is located, it's possible you have a bad connection somewhere, the moisture from the rains may have played a part.

You need a good ground on that plug to complete the loop for anything to come on.
