Another user with a ski that has a bad ECU. I've seen this before. The fuel injectors receive positive power on one pin and the ECU provides the ground at the appropriate time on the other pin. In your case, the ECU has decided it likes to provide the ground all the time.
One thing you could try is to disconnect the electrical connector to the injector while it is spraying fuel. If it stops spraying, its the ECU; if it continues to spray, the injector is stuck open.
