Scratches

Anyone have ideas for getting out scratches on the plastic portion of the seadoo? I have some minor scratches up around the front compartment on my seadoo, I am assuming it is some type of plastic, any ideas how to buff out or remove the scratches? Sorry I don't know the term for this part of the unit.

do you have any pics of the damage?? is it a hard plastic or a soft plastic your talking about ??

sorry no pics, the scratches are small and not deep, just want to make the unit look new again. I would say a hard plastic.

If its on the hood I would take a clay bar to it and wheel it out with some compound..

If its on the black trim molding I don't think there's much that could be done other then replacing the molding

yes on the hood, color is light grey. it is a 2004 4tec GTX. I look up clay bar.

I had some scratches on my 06 gtx.. Did some clay and a nice compound on it with a wheel... Worked awesome for me
