RXT-X free flow exhaust questions

I have a 2009 RXT-X with a cracked resonator. I'm thinking about installing a free flow exhaust type pipe. Don't really want to do expensive Riva rear exhaust....I see guys going to parts store and using a steel exhaust tube...seems like that would rust out in no time....where to get aluminum pipe ? Who has the best budget recommendation..... Thx
