Hey guys,
just joined the forum today. I was looking up troubleshooting for my jetski and came across everyone here and it seems like there is some good knowledge here. Anyway, i am the recent owner of a 2009 Seadoo RXT-X 255 jetski and a 2010 Seadoo Speedster 150 jetboat. I have about 6 hours on the boat and 16 hours on the jetski and things have been going great! or until now... i was out in the LI sound (for those of you from NY) and hit an unmarked rock! Luckily no holes but got some serious scratches and some fiberglass is exposed. It just so happens to be that im up for my first service as well, so if i had to hit a rock, then it was the right time... My questions for you guys are simple. I am doing the repairs with a close friend who has a shop but before we start, the fluids need to be drained since i will probably have this thing upside down for a few days. So do you guys know where i could download a pdf file of the detailed service technicians manual? Also, any other words of advice for me? Especially if there is anyone whos had the same problem? Just wondering and i hope to hear back from you guys.

Nice to meet all of you and thanks in advance!

If you sign up for Premium Membership, there are shop manuals available to you. There isn't anything for the 255 models specifically yet, but the 215 models are close enough that you shouldn't have much trouble using those manuals.
